Irish Development company Blackwater Homes, currently promoting a 354 apartment complex in the Black Sea coast, including a spa and a hotel, has filed for bankruptcy protection.

Recent reports suggest the downward spiral in Real Estate values is slowing, although others suggest it´s too early to predict.

There are some companies who will simply ´sell´ property, regardless of the considered investment value, whilst throwing around ´facts´ and claims of capital growth. Oyster International are NOT one of these companies, rest assured , if we don´t consider the proposition viable, we don´t recommend it!
