Situated in the Indian ocean off the coast of Madagascar, Mauritius is a stunning paradise of beaches, tropical vegetation and friendly welcome.

Mauritius is well known for the unique enviroment and habitat, but it´s also been a popular trading post for centuries. The markets are known for their diversity and exotic wares. Modern industry is alive and well, Mauritius produces textiles and is known for ´designer´ clothing. It´s easy to buy genuine ´Lauren´, ´Boss´ and ´Calvin Klein´ all over the island at incredibly discounted prices.

Tourism plays a large part in the economy, and the Government of the Island is keen to encourage this, New rules have recently seen an upswing in construction activity and the economy looks set to benefit. The currency remains stable and isn´t subject to the rapid fluctuations some other small island nations´ experience.

Non-residents are restricted in the property they can own in Mauritius, Only recently was this even allowed, however, the Government has realised Direct Foreign Investment is essential in building the infrastucture and encouraging tourism in the 21st century.

We are currently working on two new projects on the Island. These will be some of the first residential/resort property developments to be sold outside the Islands and we anticipate a good uptake. Prices expected to be under 200,000 Euros. Comparative property on the Island bares this out as a good investment.
